Our Image Pack includes:
- Four Hour Response – all products receive a guaranteed on-premise response by factory trained personnel. If the system is unable to produce copies, we’ll be on premise in 1-4 hours. If the copier is experiencing intermittent service problems, we’ll be on-premise within 6 hours. We will provide a $300 credit any time we take longer than our guaranteed response time.
- Specialty Service – we provide service 24/7 at NO additional charge. Commercial units covered by our Image Packs that produce 20 copies per minute or more receive on site service, while all others receive phone support.
- 8-Year Performance Guarantee – Products are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase, while an additional 3 year coverage is guaranteed if unit is reconditioned. If you have a service issue that can’t be resolved in the first 5 years, we will replace the unit with another of equal or greater capabilities at no additional cost.
- 95% Reliability – Equipment is guaranteed to provide 95% reliability. Performance is based on total business hours divided by service hours performed. A 10% discount on the next Image Pack Renewal will be applied if reliability falls below 95% in a 12-month cycle.
- Loaner Program – With an Image Pack, equipment operation is guaranteed. A loaner unit will be provided in the event repairs cannot be made on site.
- Training Support – After the installation, follow-up training is provided at no charge on all copiers. A dedicated Customer Support Rep is provided for all general and special training requirements, giving you the knowledge to get the most out of your investment.
