If you would like a technician from Executive Image Solutions, Inc. to assist you remotely, please call us and ask to speak with a technician and request this service. If you have the Networking Coverage contract, there is no charge. Otherwise there is a $75/hour charge for this service.

When asked, click ‘Run’ to execute the application.

Download the .dmg file and mount it, then execute the application.
